RETURN & REFUND POLICY – BUMEX

This policy applies to all orders placed on bumex.store, worldwide. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. If your local law gives you more rights than this policy, those rights apply.
1. 15-day right of withdrawal
You have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it for any reason, with no explanation needed. If your order arrives in several shipments, the period starts when you receive the last one.
To start a return, email us at support.bumex@gmail.com with your order number and a statement that you wish to return it. You may also use the withdrawal form at the end of this page, but it is not mandatory.
2. How to return
Once you notify us, we will send you the return instructions. You must ship the item back within 14 days of notifying us of your return.

3. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered; in that case we cover all costs.
4. Condition of the item
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund. We recommend returning it in its original packaging so it arrives safely.
5. Refunds
We will refund the price of the item and the original standard shipping cost (excluding any extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery method) within 14 calendar days of receiving your return request. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item back or you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund will be made to your original payment method at no cost to you.
Import duties or taxes paid directly to your country’s customs authority are not collected by Bumex; you may be able to reclaim them from that authority.
6. Exceptions
The following cannot be returned under the withdrawal right: custom-made or personalized items; sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery; perishable goods; and gift cards.
7. Defective, damaged or wrong items: legal guarantee
Please check your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at support.bumex@gmail.com with photos and your order number, and we will offer a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you. All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the consumer law of your country (for example, a minimum of 2 years in the European Union and 3 years in Spain).
8. Exchanges
To exchange an item, request a return of the original and place a new order on bumex.store for the item you want.
